SyncSource is a Brisbane-based event internet company. We combine Telstra, Optus and Vodafone (and Starlink when you need it) into one connection, so your EFTPOS, ticketing, livestream and staff WiFi keep running when a single network struggles.
Why venue WiFi and a phone hotspot aren't enough
Most event internet problems happen at the worst possible moment: doors open, the crowd arrives, and thousands of phones start sharing the same mobile towers. Venue WiFi is often built for a handful of staff, not a full ticketing and payments setup. A single phone hotspot relies on one network, so when that network slows down, everything connected to it slows down too.
A SyncSource box connects to several networks at the same time and bonds them together. If one carrier gets congested or drops out, traffic keeps flowing over the others. You get one WiFi name and password, and it just works.
Where we work
We're based in Mango Hill on Brisbane's northside, and we cover Brisbane and the surrounding region, including the Brisbane CBD, South Bank, Fortitude Valley, Moreton Bay, Redcliffe, Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Kits can also be sent anywhere in Australia.
Showgrounds, parks, riverside venues, marquees, sports grounds, warehouses and farm venues are all common setups for us. If you're not sure about coverage at your site, ask for a free signal check before you book.

FAQ
Common questions
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends and school holidays. We aim to deliver your kit two days before the event so there's time to test it on site.
Will it work at my venue?
It depends on mobile coverage at your exact location. That's why we offer a free signal check: send us the address and event date and we'll check coverage for each carrier before you book. For sites with poor mobile reception, Starlink can be added.
How many people can connect?
Sync Go suits smaller events of around 50 users. For larger crowds we add extra access points to spread the load. Tell us your expected numbers and what they'll be doing online, and we'll size the kit to match.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. The kit arrives pre-configured with your WiFi name and password. You place it where it can see the sky, switch it on and let us know. We check every connection remotely and can help over the phone throughout your hire.
Can I see how the connection is going during my event?
Yes. Every hire includes a private portal. Scan the QR code on your box to see which networks are connected, how much data you've used and which devices are online.
