Why bond Starlink instead of using it alone?
A Starlink dish needs a clear view of the sky. Trees, buildings, marquees and even heavy rain can cause short interruptions. For browsing that's a minor annoyance, but for a livestream, EFTPOS or a video call it can mean a dropped connection.
Our Sync Ultra kit combines Starlink with 5G and 4G networks through a single bonded connection. When Starlink has a brief interruption, the mobile networks keep your traffic moving, and the other way around when mobile towers are congested.

Starlink bonding is ideal for rural and regional events, farm and bush venues, remote construction and work sites, outdoor broadcasts, and anywhere mobile reception is patchy. It's also useful at large city events, where thousands of phones can overload the local mobile towers.

Is Starlink included in every kit?
Starlink is included with Sync Ultra. For locations with good mobile coverage, Sync Go or Sync Pro may be all you need, and our free site check will tell you which fits.
Where should the Starlink dish go?
Somewhere with a clear, wide view of the sky, away from trees, buildings and overhead structures. We'll help you pick the right spot during setup.
Does Starlink work in the rain?
Usually yes, but very heavy rain can reduce speed or cause short dropouts. That's exactly why we bond it with mobile networks: the connection keeps running on the others.
Can you deliver outside Brisbane?
