Wedding live streams

Wedding live stream internet you can count on

You only get one chance to stream the vows. SyncSource gives wedding videographers and couples a dedicated, bonded internet connection, so family watching from home see the whole ceremony, not a buffering wheel.

Why wedding streams drop out

Most wedding venues weren't built for live streaming. Old churches have thick stone walls that block mobile signal. Hinterland and country venues sit on the edge of coverage. Venue WiFi, if there is any, is usually shared with guests, and every phone in the room is competing for the same mobile tower.

A phone hotspot depends on a single network. If that network dips during the vows, so does your stream. A SyncSource kit combines Telstra, Optus and Vodafone (and Starlink where needed) into one connection, so the stream keeps going if one network struggles.

Built for wedding videographers

We set the kit up with a wired connection for your encoder or streaming laptop, plus a private WiFi network that guests can't use. You can check every network on our live portal before the ceremony starts, so you know the connection is solid before you go live.

It works with whatever you stream to: YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Zoom or a private link for the couple's family. If you're a videographer offering live streams, adding a SyncSource kit to your package means you never have to rely on venue WiFi again.

Venues we cover

Churches and chapels, wineries, hinterland venues around Montville, Maleny and Mount Tamborine, Scenic Rim farm venues, beach and garden ceremonies, and private properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. For remote venues with weak mobile reception, Sync Ultra adds Starlink.

Church wedding live stream in Montville with SidArt Studio

SidArt Studio, a wedding videography studio, hired a SyncSource kit to live stream a church ceremony in Montville, up in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Hinterland towns and old churches are exactly where a single phone hotspot struggles, so the stream ran over our bonded connection instead, with Starlink set up on the church lawn.

The ceremony streamed with no dropouts, and SidArt Studio left SyncSource a 5-star Google review.

FAQ

Common questions

Will it work inside a church?

Usually yes, but stone and brick churches can block a lot of signal, so we always do a free signal check first. Sometimes the best fix is placing the antennas near a door or outside with a cable run in. We'll tell you honestly what the site can support.

Which package do I need?

For a single 1080p ceremony stream, Sync Pro is our usual recommendation. For hinterland or country venues with poor mobile coverage, Sync Ultra adds Starlink. Tell us the venue and we'll recommend the right kit.

Can guests use the WiFi?

The stream gets its own private network so nothing slows it down. If the couple would also like guest WiFi, we can add a separate guest network with limits so it never affects the stream.

Do you deliver and set it up?

Yes. Delivery, setup and pack-down by one technician is $250 within 50km of Brisbane, plus $1/km beyond that. You can also collect the kit and set it up yourself: it arrives pre-configured.

How early should we book?

As soon as you have a date, especially for spring and summer Saturdays. We aim to have the kit ready and tested before the day, so book at least a couple of weeks ahead if you can.

Planning a wedding live stream?

Send us the venue, date and how you plan to stream. We'll check coverage at the ceremony site and recommend the right kit.
